Location: PGR Accountants, Ballymena office centre of Ballymena
Job Spec: The post holder's duties will include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Monthly bookkeeping using cloud technology, QuickBooks
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns, via QuickBooks
- Quarterly Making Tax Digital submissions via QuickBooks
- Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies for manager review
- Preparation of corporation and personal tax returns
Requirements:
- Candidates should be a qualified accounts technician or working towards completing their studies
- Work experience in an accountancy practice environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organisational and time management skills
- Committed to a career in accountancy
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with cloud-based accounting packages desirable, such as QuickBooks / SAGE
