Earn £13.78 per hour (our pay system is benchmarked and fair). Full Time Part-Year Permanent Contract from February - November 2026.

Make a difference as a Retail Team Leader.
Responsibilities- You’ll oversee our on-site retail and bar areas, providing a friendly and welcoming service to our young guests, families and other visitors.
- You’ll ensure your team keeps these areas stocked, organised and visually appealing, encouraging creativity with shop & bar displays to keep them fresh and fun.
- You’ll maximise productivity and profitability through effective stock management, spending incentives and cash handling.
- You’ll share your marketing ideas to enhance our retail environments and oversee a fun programme of entertainment for our guests using our bar areas during their stay.
- A strong background in retail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of achieving your targets through delivering excellent guest experiences.
- We’re looking for individuals with 3+ months experience within a retail and/or bar role. Experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position as management training will be given.
