Retail Team Leader role at PGL, a residential adventure camp provider. Earn £13.78 per hour. Full Time Fixed Term Contract from February to November 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site retail and bar areas, providing friendly and welcoming service to guests, families and visitors.
- Keep areas stocked, organised and visually appealing; encourage creativity with shop and bar displays to keep them fresh and fun.
- Maximise productivity and profitability through effective stock management, spending incentives and cash handling.
- Share marketing ideas to enhance retail environments and oversee a fun programme of entertainment for guests using the bar areas during their stay.

- A strong background in retail
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Creativity and commercial awareness
You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve issues that stand in the way of achieving targets and delivering excellent guest experiences.
We’re looking for individuals with 3+ months experience within a retail and/or bar role. Experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position as management training will be given.
