The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We’re so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £13.60.
Fixed Term Contract until November 2026. Working 40 hours over 4 days (21:15-07:15); four nights on and four nights off. Accommodation & meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Being a Night Support Assistant means staying away from home for the first time can be nerve-wracking! Our Night Support Assistants are the overnight heroes that make sure every guest is happy, secure and safe during the night. For most of our young guests, simply just knowing that there’s a caring adult nearby gives them the peace of mind they need for a great sleep – but for the times when they need help, our team of Night Support Assistants are there for them.
