Make a difference as a Social Media Lead

You’ll take the lead on social media performance across the PGL Beyond brands – both organic and paid. As our go-to social expert, you’ll set the direction for the channel, define KPIs, and make sure our social activity strikes the perfect balance between brand storytelling, community building, and driving growth.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to shape effective social strategies and bring a big-picture, cross-brand perspective that creates efficiencies, shares best practice, and avoids duplication. In short, you’ll make sure our social presence is powerful, consistent, and delivers results.

Is this you?

• Hands‑on experience using social media tools like Sprout Social to manage day‑to‑day activity and boost performance.
• Proven ability to develop social media strategies across both organic and paid channels.
• Strong skills in analytics and reporting to track success and spot opportunities.
• A customer‑first mindset – you actively seek feedback and use it to make the experience even better.
• A team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve shared goals.
• Someone who contributes positively to projects and meetings and helps create a culture of mutual support by recognising and celebrating others’ contributions.
• The ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
