Make a difference as a Sales Team Leader. In this role you'll lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing sales team to maximise profitable growth for PGL within the Education & Groups market. Building a positive, engaged and results‑focused team culture, ensuring colleagues are motivated, well‑supported and consistently delivering their best. You'll drive the delivery of sales results by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance and ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets across a defined geographic region. You'll take ownership of creating exceptional sales and service experiences for both existing and prospective customers, building long‑term relationships that reflect PGL’s values.
