The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Accommodation available if required. We are currently looking to appoint Night Support Team Leaders to join our teams. Reporting to the Guest Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre is safe and secure at all times whilst on duty, delivering excellent customer service. You will be in a role that requires you to respond to emergency situations, including responsibilities for first aid.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the centre is safe and secure by carrying out regular patrols of the buildings and grounds.
  • Being the first point of contact for guests and staff during night shifts ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Responding to any emergency situations and playing an active role in their management.
  • Ensuring tasks relating to compliance are completed and records kept accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all guests have a positive and professional experience when contacting Night Support.
  • Completing other tasks that support the centre operation.
  • Supporting and enforcing noise curfews to limit impact on guest accommodation areas.
  • Effectively communicating with other departments, ensuring issues are handed over effectively.
  • Management of staff tasked with working overnight.

What we are looking for

  • The successful candidate must hold a First Aid at Work certificate or be willing to work towards it.
  • You will be able to take responsibility for delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively and have the confidence to act as a positive role model.
  • You will be happy working on your own with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Experience in a supervisory role would be desirable.
