Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be accountable for leading a team of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure all our guest & communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests.
  • Leadership ability to inspire and lead your team.
  • Confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ months experience within a housekeeping role.
  • Recognisable qualification in Health & Safety.
  • Experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential.
