We are looking for an Assistant Chef to support our catering team at PGL adventure camps. The role will help fuel children for adventure by preparing high quality, nutritious meals in a busy kitchen environment.

Compensation & Contract

Earn £13.89 per hour (our pay system is benchmarked and fair). Full‑Time Fixed Term Contract until 31/10/2026. Accommodation and meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve tasty, high quality and nutritious meals to guests.
  • Maintain an efficient, clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Support team members and assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Work without late nights, guaranteeing a Friday or Saturday evening off each week during non‑peak periods.

  • Able to demonstrate energy, drive and determination.
