Part-Year Permanent Contract from February to November. Earn £13.78 per hour (our pay system is benchmarked and fair). Accommodation & meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Role: Make a difference as an AIGL Team Leader. This is an amazing opportunity to take your career to the next level. You’ll lead a team of AIGLs; delivering safe, engaging, and enjoyable experiences. You’ll inspire your team, provide engaging training, and monitor performance in the workplace while delivering activities and evening programs to ensure guests have a great time. You’ll interact with children and families, create great first impressions, gather feedback, problem-solve, and make suggestions to the Guest Experience Manager. You’ll be the main point of contact for parents and guardians of children visiting independently, and you will be on rota as the overnight on-call duty manager.

- Able to demonstrate energy, drive and commitment.
- Ability to treat people in a fair, consistent and respectful manner and value diversity.
- Effective in developing and maintaining working relationships to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills, communication and time management.
- Passionate about making a positive difference to young lives.
- Previous experience of leading teams is desirable (but not essential).
