Role Overview – Catering Team Leader
Our catering team ensures guests and colleagues are fuelled and hydrated for the adventures. You will report to the Front of House Manager and lead a team of Catering Assistants to maintain a clean, inviting dining room, serve tasty food, satisfy dietary needs and uphold excellent food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Catering Assistants team
- Ensure the dining room is clean, welcoming and fully stocked
- Prepare and serve food that meets quality and safety standards
- Handle complex dietary and allergen requirements
- Maintain and enforce food safety procedures and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum three months experience in a catering role
- Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety
- Experience working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus (not essential)
