Reporting to the Guest Care Manager, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable, safe and secure environment throughout the night, and leading our Night Support Assistants as required.
Your responsibilities:
- Regular patrols of the centre grounds
- Prompt and efficient resolution of guest issues and complaints
- Ensuring accurate record‑keeping of accidents and incidents
- Actively seek opportunities to improve centre presentation and compliance
- Promote positive health and safety behaviours
- Support our environmental policy

Ideally you’ll have previous experience working with children/young people in a night support role and managing a team, however this is not essential as full training will be given.
