The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We’re so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £12 (increasing to £12.60 April 2025) with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods.

Being an Activity Instructor / Group Leader
Working with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it’s never, ever boring.
You could be running activity sessions, lighting campfires, taking groups for meals, building shelters, checking equipment, telling daft jokes, comforting a home-sick guest or lending a helping hand to your hospitality colleagues. No two days will ever be the same.
