You will have some experience within a customer service role and be competent with IT systems. Alongside this, your character is what we value most. PGL people are:

Responsibilities

  • Make a difference as a Guest Support Assistant. Working with kids requires energy, confidence, and effort; but we guarantee it's never, ever boring.
  • Provide a big PGL welcome and exude friendliness and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist guests for the duration of their adventure break with any questions, queries or problems they might have while staying with us.
  • Work under a Full Time Fixed Term Contract from June until November 2026.
