As a Tour Coordinator, you will help turn great trip ideas into great trip realities. Working alongside our Educational Travel Sales Advisors and in-house travel services teams, you will bring inspiring school trip itineraries to life - pulling together all the details to ensure everything runs to plan. You will be the main contact for Group Leaders, keeping them updated by phone and email, listening carefully to their needs, and making sure special requests or adjustments are looked after. If any bumps in the road pop up - before travel or while the group's away - you will be quick to find smart solutions and keep things running smoothly. With several tours on the go, you will balance priorities, solve problems quickly, and use your creativity to design itineraries that hit key learning objectives. By building strong relationships, you will create lasting memories - and loyal customers.

Contract and Compensation
Earn £25,350 per year (our pay system is benchmarked and fair) plus commission (£1600 OTE). Permanent contract. Office based with flexible working options available.
