Responsibilities
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be accountable for leading a team of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure all our guest and communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home. You will need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences. We are looking for individuals with 3+ months experience within a housekeeping role and a recognisable qualification in Health & Safety. Experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.
