We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Welfare Officer. Your mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where our guests can thrive during their residential activity holiday.
As a beacon of positivity and enthusiasm, you will lead by example providing guidance, motivation and support to your colleagues. You will ensure that all guests receive the highest levels of pastoral care, maintaining an environment where well-being is paramount. This includes:
- Taking the lead in promoting guest welfare from warmly welcoming our guests and liaising with parents/guardians, to managing guest health, including medication administration.
- Coordinating communication between guests and home, and supporting behavioural management as required.
- Working closely with your colleagues, providing valuable feedback on welfare matters, sharing success stories, and offering assistance in development areas.
Is this you? You are an expert in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You can identify and understand guest requirements, going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are outstanding. Qualifications:
- Experience in handling guest welfare
- PGL safeguarding module
- First aid qualification
- GCSE grade D or equivalent or above in English, or willingness to work towards it
