You'll need great interpersonal skills to connect with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence to handle complex dietary & allergen requirements and maintain excellent food safety standards and procedures.
We're looking for individuals with three or more months experience within a catering role and a level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety. Experience of working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.

Make a difference as a Catering Team Leader. Our catering team is responsible for the essential job of keeping our guests and colleagues fuelled and hydrated, ready for the adventure that awaits them! Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and our guests happy and well looked after.
