PGL Travel is seeking an AIGL Team Leader to coordinate the guest experience on our UK residential camps.
You will lead a team of AIGLs, deliver safe, engaging activities, train staff, and monitor performance to ensure exceptional experiences for children and families.
You’ll be the main contact for parents, participate in overnight on-call duties, and help drive our family-friendly policies.
This part-year permanent role includes pro-rata pay and broad development opportunities.
