Facilities Assistants support the smooth operation of our residential adventures, ensuring centres are safe, clean, and welcoming. As a hands-on hero you’ll be the go-to problem solver, fixing leaks, scuffing floors and handling emergencies to keep our spaces top-shape every day.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of accommodation and activity areas.
  • Conduct routine inspections, identify potential hazards, and notify relevant staff.
  • Repair or coordinate repairs for equipment, plumbing, and flooring.
  • Assist with set-ups and break-downs during peak periods, including overtime work up to six days per week.
  • Operate centre vehicles safely, holding a valid UK driving licence.
