Responsibilities:- Conducting video calls with new starters, checking they have provided the right information to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Carrying out Right to Work, reference and criminal record checks, keeping everything on track and in line with our high safeguarding standards.
- Being the go-to support for our new starters, answering their onboarding questions and building their excitement about starting work with PGL.
- Someone organised and proactive, who can handle juggling multiple tasks like a pro.
- A friendly and approachable communicator, ready to help candidates and colleagues alike.
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration is desirable, but motivation and willingness to learn are valued.
- Strong communication and organisational skills; able to support candidates and colleagues effectively.
- Happy holidays - 20 days annual leave, which accrues with length of service up to 30 days (+ bank holidays). You'll also enjoy an extra day off on your birthday and the opportunity to purchase additional leave!
