We are real Living Wage accredited. This means we pay above the National Minimum Wage, with a pay rate of £12.60 and the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during peak periods. Full Time Fixed Term Contract from March until November 2026; varying start and end dates between these months are available. Accommodation & meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Being an Activity Instructor / Group Leader requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it’s never, ever boring. You could be running activity sessions, lighting campfires, taking groups for meals, building shelters, checking equipment, telling daft jokes, comforting a home-sick guest or lending a helping hand to your hospitality colleagues. No two days will ever be the same.

The safety of guests is a top priority; therefore, all centre based employees and some Head Office employees must undergo an Enhanced criminal record check (DBS or PVG), which we pay for. You will need to provide a 5-year address history and ID (such as passport/birth certificate). Convictions related to violence, drugs, or safeguarding may affect your application. Not all convictions will disqualify you; each case is assessed individually.
