We are proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £12.60 with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods. Full Time Fixed Term Contract from February until October/November 2026, we can offer varying start and end dates between these months. Accommodation & meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Being an Activity Instructor / Group Leader requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it's never, ever boring. You could be running activity sessions, lighting campfires, taking groups for meals, building shelters, checking equipment, telling daft jokes, comforting a home-sick guest or lending a helping hand to your hospitality colleagues. No two days will ever be the same.
