Make a difference as an Activity Instructor / Group Leader. Working with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it\’s never, ever boring.

You could be running activity sessions, lighting campfires, taking groups for meals, building shelters, checking equipment, telling daft jokes, comforting a home-sick guest or lending a helping hand to your hospitality colleagues. No two days will ever be the same.

Responsibilities

• Run activity sessions and support campers throughout their stay.
• Light campfires, lead meals, build shelters and check equipment.
• Engage with guests, provide help and comfort as needed, and assist hospitality colleagues.
• Contribute to a safe, fun and inclusive environment aligned with PGL values.

• Determined and resilient; capable of handling peak periods.
• No specific experience required; your character is valued above all.

• Pay and contracts: Real Living Wage accreditation with a rate of £13.45 per hour from 1 April, with paid overtime during peak periods (6-day working).
• Contract term: Full Time Fixed Term Contract from May until November 2026.
