As the General Manager you will play a crucial part in ensuring the PGL offering is delivered with excellence to each and every customer, it continues to deliver a strong financial performance, all underpinned by a strong culture of excellent Health and Safety and safeguarding. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll develop and lead a dynamic and inspirational team of colleagues, setting clear objectives and ensuring they have all the support they need to be successful in their roles. You'll embrace our core PGL values and implement them in the running of this 24/7 operation, and the complex challenges associated with residential settings of this scale. Excellent leadership, engagement and communication skills are only part of the role. We are looking for an individual who has the skillset to truly deliver the PGL vision through outstanding colleague engagement, commercial drive and customer experience worthy of this wonderful centre.
