As our HR Systems Administrator, you'll help keep our HR systems running smoothly day to day. You'll take pride in keeping data accurate, secure and up to date, managing routine system admin (including access, permissions and joiner/leaver changes) and being the first point of contact for People & Culture colleagues who need support. Working closely with our HR Systems Analyst, you'll also get involved in testing, upgrades, integrations and reporting - helping us improve how we use our systems and make HR processes even better.

  • IT savvy and confident using Microsoft applications
  • Experience using HR systems/HRIS
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
  • Flexible attitude, able to comfortably manage multiple priorities
  • Enjoys working to standardised processes and in a procedure driven environment
