As Guest Welfare Manager, you'll ensure that the needs of our young guests always come first, creating safe and enriching environments where inclusion and enjoyment is prioritised. You'll play an active role in safeguarding of children, from overseeing pastoral care, medication, illness, behaviour and liaising with guest's parents/guardians; providing valuable feedback on welfare matters and celebrating success stories.

As a beacon of positivity, you'll lead by example providing guidance, motivation and assistance to your team of Guest Welfare Officers ensuring they deliver exceptional care, welcoming families to the centre and surpassing guest requirements. You're an expert in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You can identify and surpass guest requirements, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are outstanding. You know how to get your message across appropriately and effectively, ensuring clear and open lines of communication with children, parents, and colleagues alike. Previous experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position but you'll naturally be able to motivate, encourage and bring out the best in others.
