Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be accountable for leading a team of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure all our guest and communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- You will need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests.
- Leadership ability to inspire and lead your team.
- Confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences.
We are looking for individuals with 3+ months experience within a housekeeping role and a recognisable qualification in Health & Safety.
