Role
Our Facilities Assistants are the hands-on heroes who help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our centres are always safe, clean and welcoming for our guests. They are the go-to problem solvers - sweeping in to fix what's broken, tidy what's messy, and flag anything that's not quite right. Whether it's a leaky tap, a scuffed floor or an unexpected emergency, they're ready to lend a hand and keep our spaces in top shape, every single day. You'll also need a UK Driving Licence to drive our centre vehicles. It's busy, physical work, but it's never boring!
Responsibilities & Requirements
- No experience needed, your character is what we value most.
- PGL people are:
- Passionate about adventure and the great outdoors
- Friendly people who flourish in team environments
- Determined and resilient (peak periods are challenging)
Note: Above all, it's our core values of FUN, SAFETY, QUALITY, INCLUSIVITY, TEAMWORK and RESPECT that unite us.
Belonging & Culture
A place to thrive. No matter your background, ethnicity, age, neurodivergence or anything else … PGL is a place to be yourself, have fun, make lifelong friends and celebrate what makes you brilliantly unique.

- 24/7 access to our Wellbeing Hub alongside our Employee Assistance Program
- Access to our financial wellbeing platform for financial support if you need it
- Training and mentoring programme, career pathways, aided development and qualifications in future seasons
