As a Content Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping how PGL shows up online. You'll help bring our purpose to life by crafting clear, engaging and story‑led content that inspires young people, parents and educators to choose adventure with us. Working closely with our Content Manager and the wider marketing team, you'll support the creation of digital content that boosts brand awareness, deepens engagement and drives action. From updating webpages to producing social posts, campaign assets and punchy copy, you'll make sure everything you create reflects our brand's tone of voice, tells our story with impact, and supports our commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in marketing or a similar creative role
  • Proven skills in copywriting and content creation, with an eye for engaging, story‑led communication
  • Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively and bring ideas to life
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities and a clear sense of visual and written style
  • Organised and proactive, able to balance priorities and manage a varied workload
  • Audience‑aware, with a natural ability to understand their needs, motivations and perspectives
  • Skilled at turning briefs into impactful outputs that deliver against brand and commercial goals
