We're looking for a colleague to join our IT Project & Release team on a secondment as a Change Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge of PGL Beyond while developing new skills in change, projects and IT. You don't need previous experience in change management or IT. We're looking for someone who is curious, enjoys working with people and wants to help improve the way we work. With support from the team, you'll work with colleagues across the business to understand requirements, identify improvements, support testing, document processes and help teams adapt to new systems and ways of working. You'll receive coaching and hands‑on experience in areas including business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, user testing and change readiness, while contributing to projects that make a real difference across PGL Beyond. You may have gained valuable business knowledge in operations, customer services, sales, centre support, finance, administration or another area of the business. We're looking for someone who:

Remuneration and Contract
- Earn £29,500 (pro-rata) per annum (our pay system is benchmarked and fair)
- Full Time Fixed Term Contract until 08/03/2028
- Office based with flexible working options available at one of our Support Centres in Blackpool or Ross on Wye
