Location: Berwick-upon-Tweed

Contract: Full Time Fixed Term (January – October/November 2026)

Pay: £12.60 per hour with paid overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Run activity sessions and lead groups.
• Light campfires, lead meals, build shelters, and ensure equipment safety.
• Provide support and comfort to camp guests.
• Assist hospitality colleagues and help manage the camp environment.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all campers.

Qualifications and Attributes

• No prior experience required – we value character and attitude.
• Passionate about adventure and the outdoors.
• Friendly, team‑oriented, and resilient during peak periods.
