Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean, inviting, and food is tasty and appealing.
- Ensure guests and colleagues are fuelled and hydrated, ready for adventure.
- Maintain food safety standards and procedures, handling complex dietary and allergen requirements.
- Keep the dining area clean and well looked after for guests.
Qualifications
- At least three months experience in a catering role.
- Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
- Experience working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus.
- Great interpersonal skills, leadership ability, confidence to handle complex dietary requirements.
