Key Information
- We’re Living Wage accredited – pay rate is £14.20 per hour.
- Fixed‑term contract from June to 31 July 2026.
- Working 40 hours over 4 days (21:15‑07:15); four nights on, four nights off.

What you’ll do
As a Night Support Assistant, you will be an overnight hero ensuring every guest is happy, secure and safe during the night. You’ll provide calm reassurance, respond to guests’ needs, and help maintain a peaceful, supportive environment so they can rest comfortably.
