Earn £32,474 (live-off rate) per annum (our pay system is benchmarked and fair).

Full Time Permanent Contract.

You’ll be leading a team of Catering Team Leaders and Assistants to ensure a fantastic guest dining experience. You’ll enjoy speaking and engaging with our guests, alongside being responsible for maintaining excellent standards of food safety, presentation and creating a welcoming atmosphere within our dining areas.

With the happiness and safety of our guests being paramount, you’ll monitor and identify areas for training or improvement within your team to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of high volume / mass catering best practice, excellent knowledge of food, dietary and allergen safety, and has previous experience of managing and training a team. A qualification in Food Safety and Allergen Management is beneficial for this position but not essential as full training will be provided.
