PGL Travel, Ltd. is seeking a Chef for our adventure-packed catering team.
You’ll report to the Head Chef and provide first-class nutritious meals for our guests, focusing on preparation, cooking, stock ordering and cost control while coaching junior team members.
You’ll work a minimum number of late nights, with a Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks (outside peak season) and limited working over Christmas, offering a balanced schedule for career development in catering.
