Overview
We’re so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £12.60 with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods.

Grow your career as an Activity Technician
Activity Technicians ensure all our exciting activities are ready for action! From ziplining and abseiling to kayaking and archery, you’ll have all the technical know-how on best practice, base & equipment standards, maintenance requirements and safety procedures.
You will keep up to date and informed on the latest safety standards and ‘how to do’ procedures on our activities. You’ll inspect the standard of activity equipment, identifying maintenance requirements, and provide advice, training and support to the Activity Instructors to allow them to run safe and enjoyable sessions.

You will need a strong knowledge of land, ropes or water based activities and equipment. Apart from that, it’s your character that we value most. PGL people are:
