PGL is a leading Health and Safety training provider across the Midlands, with five centres and a partnered centre offering a wide range of qualifications, NVQs, and business support services. As an award-winning provider, we are passionate about what we do and are looking for the right person to join our vibrant, dedicated, and ambitious team.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add another full-time Health & Safety Trainer / Consultant to our existing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality training and a desire to grow within a dynamic organisation.
What We're Looking For:
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET) - Mandatory
- A base Health & Safety qualification - Ideally NEBOSH, or as a minimum.
- Experience in construction, particularly groundworks and civils, is highly advantageous.
- Experience delivering tuition in any format, or the right attitude and skillset to develop teaching capability - Mandatory
- Strong Health & Safety background for supporting business auditing
- Real-world experience is more important than academic post-nominals; we value practical, valid experience over titles
