Make a difference as a Catering Team Leader. Our catering team is responsible for keeping our guests and colleagues fuelled and hydrated, ready for the adventure that awaits them!
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and our guests happy and well looked after.
- We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence to handle complex dietary & allergen requirements while maintaining high food safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Three or more months of experience in a catering role.
- A level 3 or higher qualification in Food Safety.
- Experience of working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential.

The safety of guests on our centres is the top priority. Therefore, all centre-based employees and some Head Office employees must undergo an Enhanced criminal record check (DBS or PVG), for which we pay. A 5-year address history and ID (e.g., passport/birth certificate) will be required. Certain convictions may affect your application and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
