We are looking for an astute, determined professional to fulfill a critical position within our London Asset Management Team, with 'Living' sector experience (including PBSA). You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation. Your expertise in emerging trends and practices will evoke stimulating discussions around optimization and change to help keep our competitive edge. You will be resilient and independent and have experience with operational asset management, happy to make daily decision-making and strong Excel skills. Your new role will be within PGIM Real Estate's UK Equity business with responsibilities covering all the residential strategies and assets as well as providing support and assistance to our European business, as and when required. You will report to the Head of UK Equity. The Asset Management team work alongside the portfolio management and transactions teams to develop business plans for the multiple residential strategies at PGIM Real Estate. The Asset Management team is responsible for the implementation of those plans to protect, enhance and maximize value.
What you can expect:
Your new role assumes responsibility for setting the property strategy for each building and you will be responsible for the co-ordination of all external property managers, consultants, agents, contractors, and the Fund's retained lawyers. This will include the following:
- Being directly responsible and accountable for the successful management and performance of each asset in their portfolio.
- Setting and agreeing the business plan for each asset with the portfolio manager.
- Constantly reviewing the business plan and strategy in conjunction with the portfolio manager.
- Implementing all asset management initiatives.
- Management and co-ordination of all activities and third-party consultants working on each asset.
- Consideration and implementation of impact driven ESG initiatives.
- Contributing to our regular buy hold sell analysis and debate on each asset.
- Providing all information and reports as required.
- In relevant cases, working with the appointed third-party Project Manager to successfully deliver new build units.
What you will bring:
- Degree qualified, in a relevant field.
- RICS qualified.
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.

- Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
- Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
- Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 75% of your base annual salary for a limited payment term of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2 times your base annual salary is payable.
