Role Overview

We seek a dedicated professional with \’Living\’ sector experience (including PBSA) to join our London Asset Management Team. You will focus on operational asset management, collaborating with external managers, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize asset value.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the performance of assets in your portfolio.
2. Develop and review business plans for each asset.
3. Coordinate with external consultants, property managers, and legal teams.
4. Implement ESG initiatives and contribute to buy-hold-sell analysis.
5. Support the delivery of new build projects with third-party project managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• RICS qualification.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
