What you will do
This role provides EA support to the head of the PGIM International Communications team and also provides administrative support to the rest of the team which consists of three people in London, one person in Frankfurt, one in Hong Kong and one in Singapore. The role is based in London.

The PGIM Communications, International team drives the design, implementation and execution of media and communications activities on behalf of PGIM's businesses across the UK, Europe and Asia, working closely with the US-based communications team, to protect, promote and enhance PGIM's reputation globally.

Specific responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include diary management for the head of the team, booking travel and managing expenses, oversight of the use of the media studio, management of media tracking and reporting, assisting with the organising and hosting of media events, processing invoices for multiple third-party vendors and facilitating responses to incoming media enquiries.

What you will bring

  • 5+ years' experience of providing executive assistant support to a team in a large corporation
  • Experience in the asset management industry desirable but not essential
  • International experience a plus
  • Attention to detail imperative
  • A problem solver, able think on their feet and to take initiative
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Enjoys a collaborative work environment but also able to work independently

  • Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 75% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment term of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
