Allsorted is recruiting two Key Account Managers to take responsibility for a portfolio of established national and multi-site retail accounts, and to drive further significant growth developing new business. This is a senior, office-based role, suited to an experienced account manager with a strong understanding of the card & gift or book trade or associated retail sectors, and a track record of working directly with buying teams at head-office level.

The role sits within a developing key account team structure, where several team members collectively support and develop individual customers. The successful candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively, taking ownership of their areas of responsibility while contributing to a joined-up, well-coordinated customer relationship. You will manage key customer relationships, lead commercial discussions, and develop well-considered ranges across gift books and children’s books. The role requires a balance of commercial instinct, range sense, stick-to-it-ness, and disciplined follow-through. Experience supplying department store groups, garden centre groups, visitor attraction retailers, challenging national accounts, and online retailers will be particularly relevant.

Key responsibilities:
