We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Premium Operations to join the Ryder Cup 2027 team and play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of premium hospitality and guest experiences at Adare Manor, Ireland. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and deliver world-class hospitality environments, premium partner experiences and VIP programmes for one of sport's biggest stages. From temporary hospitality infrastructure and premium venues to executive hosting and dignitary management, you'll be responsible for ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest possible standard.

You will report to the Head of Hospitality & Catering and be required to lead complex operational workstreams, oversee the management of key delivery partners and on-site execution within an assigned area of the site. The aim is to create exceptional experiences for sponsors, partners, guests, corporate clients and senior stakeholders.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Premium Operations Planning & Delivery: Oversee the operational planning and delivery of premium hospitality experiences within an assigned area of the site. Develop and manage detailed project plans, operational timelines, budgets and delivery schedules. Work collaboratively with internal functional teams to ensure seamless integration across all hospitality operations.
  • Hospitality & Supplier Management: Oversee the management of appointed catering partners, ensuring delivery against commercial, operational and guest experience objectives. Maintain regular engagement with hospitality delivery partners and specialist suppliers and support the team where required. Oversee procurement processes, operational readiness and service delivery standards. Monitor performance, manage risks and drive continuous improvement throughout the planning lifecycle.
  • Partners & Premium Experiences: Ensure guest journeys are carefully designed and flawlessly executed. Oversee the delivery of bespoke partner activations and premium hosting programmes. Provide senior on-site support during event delivery, managing escalations and ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Event Delivery & Team Leadership: Line management of Hospitality Project Managers. Lead hospitality operational teams during build phase and event delivery. Coordinate multiple operational workstreams within a complex, fast-paced environment. Ensure all assigned hospitality facilities, services and guest-facing operations are delivered safely, efficiently and to world-class standards. Contribute to operational rehearsals, readiness reviews and contingency planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience delivering premium hospitality, VIP programmes or partner experiences within major sporting, entertainment or live event environments.
  • Proven experience managing high-profile guests, sponsors, partners and corporate hospitality programmes.
  • Significant experience planning and delivering hospitality operations within temporary venues, greenfield sites or large-scale event environments.
  • Strong understanding of premium guest experience delivery, venue operations and hospitality infrastructure.
  • Experience managing complex supplier and delivery partner relationships.
  • Strong procurement, contract management and budget management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
  • Calm and effective under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly during key event delivery periods.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working on major international sporting events.
  • Experience delivering premium hospitality programmes for global sponsors and commercial partners.
  • Understanding of Irish event regulations and food safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of golf and the premium hospitality landscape within elite sport.
