The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, the Staysure Legends Tour and the HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup. The Ryder Cup is one of the world’s greatest sporting events, and we’re looking for an experienced Accreditation Operations Manager to lead the planning and delivery of accreditation services. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical event function, ensuring thousands of stakeholders have the right access, at the right time, to help deliver one of the world's most iconic sporting events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Ryder Cup accreditation programme from planning through to event delivery.
  • Developing and managing accreditation systems, workflows and approval processes.
  • Building and maintaining the accreditation matrix across all venue zones.
  • Managing stakeholder access requirements and accreditation policies.
  • Overseeing accreditation production, distribution and reconciliation.
  • Managing accreditation centres and onsite operations during tournament delivery.
  • Leading temporary accreditation staff and volunteers.
  • Working closely with security, venue operations, media, hospitality, transportation and volunteer teams to deliver exceptional operational outcomes.
  • Supporting testing, operational readiness exercises and venue integration activities.
  • Resolving complex operational challenges in a high-pressure live event environment.
