Who we are: The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, The Staysure Legends Tour and the HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.

About the role: We’re looking for a Digital Partnership Executive to play a key role within our Content Team, supporting the delivery of innovative, high‑quality digital activation programmes across the DP World Tour’s commercial ecosystem. Working closely with colleagues across Content, Commercial Partnerships and other key teams, you’ll help design, implement and optimise digital activity for both prospective and existing partners. You’ll be a proactive and adaptable support across sponsor campaigns, digital account management and media‑focused partnerships, helping to elevate digital delivery standards and ensure consistent, impactful execution. Embedded within the Content Team, this role is well suited to someone with a strong interest in digital marketing who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering best‑in‑class partner activations.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Partnerships team in the design and delivery of digital activation programmes for new and existing sponsors.
  • Deliver sponsor digital activations across the DP World Tour’s commercial portfolio, including event sponsors and season‑long Official Marketing Partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Management Team, Original & Branded Content Team, Tournament Business Team and Digital Product Team.
  • Support the account management of key digital partner relationships.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of new media‑focused partnerships across golf, gaming and betting.
  • Build digital media plans aligned to sponsor objectives.
  • Manage the setup, trafficking, monitoring and optimisation of partner advertising campaigns across Google Ad Manager, Meta and X.
  • Deliver post‑campaign digital activation reporting across both DP World Tour and Ryder Cup commercial programmes.
  • Support the development of brand frameworks and manage inventory management platforms to assist sales and partnership delivery.

Skills, knowledge & experience

  • Knowledge of, experience in, and a genuine interest in digital marketing.
  • Strong technical understanding of ad operations, including experience with Google Ad Manager and social advertising platforms.
  • Experience developing and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong written English and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
