We are looking for passionate graduates who are action oriented and excited to take on the challenge of growing some of the world’s most loved brands. You will work in a vibrant analytics team in a dynamic business environment to uncover pockets of growth through mining multiple sources of data, turning it into actionable insights, and translating complex analytics into business growth opportunities. This role is based in P&G’s UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo.
You will gain exposure to Senior Directors, which gives you the opportunity to learn the very best commercial strategies and how to activate advanced analytics in a business context. You will join the wider P&G Analytics & Insights community for training, best practices, and a lot of fun! You’ll have the opportunity to step-change how we use analytics to drive our business.
Key responsibilities include:

What we offer you:

- Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our teams spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.
- Benefits – On top of your competitive salary, you can enjoy lots of benefits including a double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, business results-based bonus programme, participation in a share ownership scheme and discounted products and perks.
- Enrolment into Vision - In your first two years with us will be enrolled into our Vision group. The purpose of this group is to connect new hires across our commercial UK sites, by building their capability and organising fun events throughout the year!
- Competitive Compensation - The annual salary for this role is £45,000. In addition to this you’ll receive an annual bonus based on business results.
What We Look For:
- Graduates who have completed their degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics students or any other related field who are interested in a Business Analytics career.
- Strong analytical capability and the curiosity to blend various data sets to develop valuable business insights and sales growth opportunities.
- Bias for action: ability to extract business value from statistics, data & algorithms.
- Curiousness about consumers, shoppers and retailers, and ability to interpret UK market dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to work with UK commercial teams and customers.
