We are a leading company in the manufacturing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making some of the world’s best loved brands like Fairy, Ariel, Lenor, Oral-B and Pampers. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Supply Operator to join our London Plant Packing Material Receiving Team located at P&G London Plant, West Thurrock.
The Supply Operator role is assigned with the task of ensuring the required materials for production are delivered to the lines in a timely manner ahead of production schedule whilst adhering to safety protocols, raising near misses and quality alerts. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute the Supply Operator Role, ensuring that materials are delivered to the production lines in a timely manner to meet the production schedule requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards and adopting ‘Scan as you go’ processes.
- Operate MHE to move pallets and materials effectively.
- Understand expectations on foundations (Safety/Quality/Internal Controls) and adhere to them.
- Promptly raise hazards, near misses, quality alerts, and report standards outages to maintain operational integrity.
- Identify and document all types of defects in the work area, contributing to a safe and productive environment.
- Maintain workplace standards and equipment in the Receiving area to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Complete all required safety, quality, and internal control training with 100% completion.
- Manage personal breaks, ensuring optimal productivity and demonstrate self leadership.
- Communicate clearly with all department members, foster teamwork and reliability.

Job Qualifications:- Valid FLT license/certification.
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Proficient in operating various forklift types.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations.
