Job Location: Amiens
L’usine de Procter & Gamble Amiens, située dans le département de la Somme, est le plus grand site de production de P&G en Europe et le second plus grand à l’échelle mondiale. Nous spécialisons dans la production de produits d’entretien de la maison et de nettoyage. Chaque jour, nous produisons des millions de bouteilles de marques de confiance comme Ariel, Lenor et Febreze pour servir nos consommateurs du monde entier.
VOS MISSIONS
En vous mettant dans la peau d'un P&Ger, vous bénéficierez d'une formation et d'une expérience pratique sur le terrain. Votre travail nécessitera du travail en équipe et de l’autonomie pour comprendre et développer des solutions aux problématiques rencontrées dans le cadre de vos missions. Nous recrutons des alternants dans nos différents départements :
- Conditionnement : Cette fonction permet le conditionnement de nos produits dans leur emballage final. Les priorités sont la sécurité, la qualité et la productivité. L'amélioration constante des lignes de production est essentielle pour augmenter leur efficacité.
- Fabrication : Ce département fabrique nos produits à partir de recettes envoyées par notre centre R&D. La priorité est la production en grande quantité et avec flexibilité, tout en améliorant continuellement le processus pour réduire les pertes et les temps d'arrêt.
- Logistique : Notre site s’appuie sur une chaîne logistique complète. Vous participerez à la planification de la production, la gestion des approvisionnements, l'optimisation des flux et la gestion des stocks.
- Maintenance : Ce département garantit la santé de nos équipements et systèmes. Vous participerez à la prévention des pannes et au maintien en condition opérationnelle des installations.
Qualifications
Vous poursuivez vos études en BTS/DUT/Licence avec une spécialisation en production, mécanique, électricité, automatisme, électrotechnique ou maintenance. Maîtrise du Pack Office. Bonnes compétences relationnelles, aptitude au travail en équipe, capacité de réflexion et prise d’initiative.
