Drilling Planner

PG Global is seeking an experienced Drilling Planner to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations. This role involves developing detailed drilling programs and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to perform successful tasks.

Develop detailed drilling programs, schedules, and well designs

Prepare risk assessments, contingency plans, and operational procedures

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with drilling engineers, geoscience teams, rig crews, and contractors

Identify optimisation opportunities to reduce cost and non-productive time

Requirements

Proven experience in drilling planning within the oil and gas sector

Strong understanding of well construction and drilling operations

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Proficient in drilling planning tools and documentation

Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
